By accessing the MaxClaw managed platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide a cloud infrastructure for operating autonomous AI assistants; you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API credentials.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to utilize MaxClaw exclusively for lawful purposes. You must not deploy automated agents that:

  Violate user privacy, bypass authentication mechanisms, or infringe upon IP rights.

  Generate illegal content, promote explicit activities, or distribute malicious code.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime under our serverless architecture, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. MaxClaw reserves the right to suspend or rate-limit instances that violate operational bounds or consume excessive cloud resources.

4. Limitation of Warranty

The service is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall MaxClaw or its operators be liable for any claim, damages or liability arising from or in connection with the cloud operations.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where MiniMax operates. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect new platform capabilities or regulatory requirements.
